How many times are you going to post the same question? It's super annoying.

I'm sorry. I just hoping someone will answer. Suffer from mental disability and ocd is part of it. Now I'm depressed. I wont ask again

Hello, DollyDoll. Don't worry or be depressed about it, but for future reference, there is no need to repeat the same post in multiple threads because, usually the same people are reading and participating in the various threads in this forum, especially when they cover the same theme or a similar topic. Secondly, my guess is that you are not getting any responses to your question because your situation is unique with very specific events leading up to it. With all the collective knowledge and experience represented among CD posters, there is usually at least one or two people who can give you some helpful information, but this time you will probably do better to present your question directly to the housing agency that has been designated to process your application. In light of what you already know and have told us, it is a reasonable question; they should not think it strange that you would ask it and should be able to give you a practical answer.

If you really want this or another apartment, you will have to hang in there. It is a complicated and over-crowded system and an arduous process, as many will attest, so you are not stressing by yourself. It takes endurance and persistence, and a balance between knowing when to step up your game and knowing when to step back and away. At any rate, I'm glad they acknowledged the problem and reinstated you in your original place on the list instead of putting you at the bottom. I suspect that does not typically happen.

Blessings and best wishes to you.
