I saw a nice bump in my latest paycheck. Pretty nice... Thank you Trump! Going to buy some "Made in USA" products with it and keep making America great again. Support your local businesses people!
Mine was the same mid month. We use adp what does your company use? For me I already did my calc, I should pay a few hundred less in total. I will be just claiming the standard deduction and my rebate would shrink to the size of the child tax credit and my regular paycheck should get bumped.
i can make my withholding zero with no dependents and i will owe money . it all depends on your deductions and other income sources as to whether the tax reform is good or bad for you. looking at a paycheck amount can just mean you owe more at tax time.

That's weird. The IRS released withholding guidance 1/11/2018, so it makes no sense for the changes to be reflected in paychecks already (should start in February).

That's what I thought, but the amount I received was more than usual.

Exactly. According to my HR department, the new changes will take effect in every check reflecting January and after. I’m expecting to see changes starting February 1.
