matt , you seem to have alot of good detailed information, you mind if i ask where your sources are from ? cause whenever i call HR they dont give out to much info lol
My source is HR, I spoke to good people when I call. Even way back when in early June, when they announced the July and august class (the august class got moved to September), they said they were gonna hire about 260 total people between those class. I heard there was 133 in the July class, so deductive reasoning would be 127 in the September class. Also when I called HR last week, they said e-packets will go out by the end of the first week of September meaning September 7th, 2019. They also said about 130 people will be hired for the September 23rd, 2019 class.
I have people on the job that have been working, and friends who are a couple of hundred list numbers behind me who are on the "reserve list" for September whom were told that being on the reserve list means you will NOT be hired.
I'm 409X and have not been told or notified about myself being on a reserve list, which is great news in my opinion.
I'm just praying because being last list number hired was 3981 and they hire 130 people on average as stated above and as I was told by HR. that's list number 4111 expecting nobody before 3981 reinstated themselves or finally got their CDL. So I'm 409X and had everything passed including medical and CDL since early April 2019. I do know that there will be some people with lower list numbers than 3981 who get first dibs and I know that a lot of people have their CDL from 3981-409X because I did CDL training with them and I know a couple of other people who are alotted and ready to be hired.
I'm just praying for the best and praying for everyone in the forum. I literally wake up every day and check this forum first thing, and yes i know it sounds stupid. But if you need more info you can dm me and we can talk more.

Yeah since you're reinstated and have such a low list number you will definitely receive and e-packet come September 7th, 2019. You will definitely be in the September 23rd, 2019 class if you ask me.
