Op, in JH, most everything will be on Roosevelt Ave or 37th Ave.

And Northern. Actually, Northern has a lot of great spots on it now. For a few more upscale places, there's the Addictive Wine and Tapas place, plus their sister place next door, Addictive 87, that has Vietnamese sandwiches and craft beer. Another huge bistro is opening within a few weeks at Northern/80th called The Queensboro Support – The Queensboro in Jackson Heights

And El Anzuelo Fino that was mentioned in another place is on Northern, plus the Pio Pio empire, and a bunch of other Peruvian and Colombian places.

There's a slightly more upscale Mexican place (than the taco places mentioned elsewhere) called El Coyote, and as well one of the Mexican places I mentioned, El Maguey, is on Northern.

Armondos, the old school Italian place that used to be on 37th is also now on Northern.

I think we are seeing more interesting places on Northern popping up because the rent is cheaper than 37th Ave.

I do Boon Chu on Broadway, or Center Point, which is right down the street from SriPraPhai. Also Tommy Thai on Grand Ave.

Woodside is more known for Filipino, Himilayan, or Bolivian these days than Irish. But you still have the Butcher Block over in Sunnyside. And Donovan's of course.

For Thai, my new go to place is Kitchen 79 on 79th near Roosevelt. I used to only go to Ayada but I switched my allegiance.

Arepa Lady is opening a new location in the old City Coffee place on 37th ave pretty soon. It will have beer and wine too.

They were still really affordable last time I went, and also I love the desserts they sell from their side fridge! Many times I stop by just to pick up the egg yolk dessert they sell

Jaew Hon is all-you-can-eat Thai style hotpot and under twenty bucks I believe

Khao Kang for spicy and inexpensive Thai food.

I see a lot of people mentioning Thai, which I appreciate. By chance, any Vietnamese?

You have to try Pio Pio on Northern Blvd and 84th St. It is peruvian, and they have a nice Julea
