It looks tiny on the outside but capes are deceptively spacious on the inside. I would check it out. There is absolutely nothing wrong with living in Springfield gardens. View all houses that you are interested in. Speak to the neighbor if u can about the neighborhood and the block. Visit at night. Visit in the day. U get a feel of the neighborhood. If u can try to buy in laurelton. There are better housing stock.

I agree. Laurelton and Brookville have the nicer housing stock.

Or even parts of St Albans and Cambria Heights. Check out 19150 115th Rd, Saint Albans, NY 11412, which is listed for $540k.
