Downtown Brooklyn's continued building momentum is impressive.

It has now gotten to the point where its skyline rivals and has surpassed, many of the largest US cities.

These asking prices are insane. I remember when Downtown Brooklyn was life-threatening dangerous.

Downtown BK has a lot of room to grow. The only limit is demand. Developers just can’t build even upper middle class housing. The costs are too high. If they could, downtown BK would be 3x as dense as it is now.

I'd rather take my chances living in the oceans of
neighborhoods across the country than the fish tanks of Brooklyn.
