It strikes me that if the CC companies really wanted to stop this scam, they could do it pretty easily. I think it would cost them more money than they lose to fraud.

NY thugs more into scamming now than crime rates.

Miami too which probably why their crime rates is dropping also. I actually thought a few years back that this would make the crime rate rise since some of these people were scamming people they know!
