I got Interiviewed by Wavecrest on October 1st. Requested one document after and had that sent immediately. Got a email back less than a week later regarding the same document but it needed to be signed. Signed it and sent it back. So far I've spoken to them once after that and I was told it is being reviewed by the building coordinator, this was about a week and a half ago. I am expecting an email soon hopefully to come sign the lease, got my fingers crossed. I know the building is probably almost full by now. Hope I get the chance.

I was reached out yesterday by mail My Log # 530 stating I didn't meet guidelines for remaining available units . the only available units and income requirements are a 90 % studio & 1 bedroom

Dang. I'm wondering how they reached 530 with a response and I havent been contacted with a log # in the 300's. I am applying for a studio or 1 bedroom. So you recieved the response by mail?. Do you live in the area of the building, and when was your interview date? If you dont mind me asking.

It was sent by Mail stating they reached my log #but I didn't meet the guidelines for the remaining units available which are a Studio and a 1 Bedroom for a AMI 90% AMI .My house hold is of 3 and they didn't have 2 bedrooms ….So no interview given .In the Case that I believed I qualified I would've have to send a letter with proof that support any different
Moved in already. Just be patient God works in mysterious ways
