This is actually already done around the world. Specifically in Canada, and they say it is successful on paper. However, Canada has free healthcare, we don’t. The city shouldn’t be using anymore tax paying dollars to throw in a healthcare and pharma industry for some people, when most people can’t even afford their medical bills.
We need to focus on other priorities. Such as legalizing weed and making money from it to fund education and outreach to prevent more druggies. And also fix the damn MTA
