I was considering going there (WF 365) early on a weekend morning and checking it out before the masses descend upon it since I do buy a lot of 365 products (mainly organic cereal and a few other staples like their organic rice pilaf), but I also do quite a few specialty items so I dunno. I will say that I went to THREE Whole Foods last weekend, and they were out of quite a few things. Couldn't get any damn organic basil in a small size. They had a very big size of organic basil at the store in TriBeCa but none at Bryant Park or the UES location, and no organic apple cinnamon waffles either anywhere. I was going to get some organic maple syrup from Vitacost but since WF had no organic waffles, I didn't bother, so I'm overdue some.

Ever since Amazon got their mitts on WF there have been issues with empty shelves and inventory.

You’re going to have to switch to Trader Joes. See Bugsy’s last post.

I won't do that. I'd go to some place like West Side Market first. I already order more from Vitacost. Cheaper and the quality is just as good, this way I have to schlepp fewer things from WF. For example, WF is almost always out of Bonne Maman Raspberry Spread. It's always available and cheaper at Vitacost.

Two for what though? The cheapest I've seen it was either $3.49 or $3.99 on sale at Whole Foods. I get at Vitacost for $4.19. Their raspberry spread is by far their most popular. I think they're better than St. Dalfour, by a slight edge.

I only shop there for hard to find European imports. They don't carry as much organic produce as I would like.
