This map show "Concourse" going up to 170 St but to me Mt Eden starts at 167 St so this spot ... corner 167 and River Ave .. would be literally at the point where Mt Eden,Highbridge and Concourse meet up. In my mind it is in "Concourse" only because it's the East side of River Ave and South side of 167 St. If on the other side of either street it would be in a different neighborhood,either Mt Eden or Highbridge.
Temperamentally it's Mt Eden.

Please just cause google maps says something that doesn't mean thats what its called. They people who live around there def don't say they live in "west concourse" neighborhood.

Its also called concourse in the article to make the area sound nicer. People are gonna apply to this place that have no clue about the area besides its in the Bronx and near Yankee Stadium.
