My monthly rent invoice is a little confusing, but it looks like they gave me a $1000 credit for my amenity fee instead of charging me $1000... obviously this gives me a hefty discount on this months rent, but I'm not sure if I should say something. I feel like they're going to either figure it out or somehow this is could be construed as a preferential rate and some sort of under handed tactic to deregulate the unit or something.
They're going to figure it out and come for you sooner or later. I'm guessing that if you're in an affordable apt, you won't have $1000 to just cough up on demand. Call them.

So whether you report the mistake has nothing to do with morals or honestly, but whether you think you can get away with it?
You know, this was once a Christian nation. I mean, 150 years ago, most Americans actually believedin, and even practiced, Christian virtues.
Now it's all tribal cliques, beating the system, and scamming each other.

You mean sexism, homophobia, patriarchal power, and the barbaricness in the Old Testament where the creator comes out like a jealous, petulant pscyho. And just over 150 years ago Americans actually believed in and practiced slavery because, lo and behold, slavery was not in one of the ten commandments. Yes, of all the rules given to us in the commandments, apparently not coveting your neighbor's ox was more important to prohibit than slavery. Not only that - the Bible effectively condones slavery by mentioning rules for handling slaves - without condemning it!
Spare us your, frankly repugnant, Christian "moral" system. No thanks. Try the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - about 20x more moral than the Bible is.

Woahhhh lol but everything you said here is spot on.

Dead on.
For a lot of “Christians” Donald trump is their profit...
If that’s not saying something I don’t know what is.

Are you not familiar with the legal statues of unjust enrichment?

So don't do anything and let us know what happens
You know, so that somebody else in the same predicament can see what happened to you...
I don't know what you want us to tell you, we're not your landlord

Call and say something. I’m sure you would say something if you were being charged for something extra that you shouldn’t be paying for.
