For lugging stuff, there are those collapsible folding carts.
I wouldn't recommend Eataly for everyday shopping unless the person is super rich 😀

Yea, it’s definitely depending on price range and more of a supplement for when you want a specific something.

I don't even shop at Eataly. You can get the stuff that they sell cheaper elsewhere. They aren't the only place in NYC that sells imported Italian delicacies. As they say though, a sucker is born every minute.

Where else can you find imported Italian delicacies in Manhattan? I am assuming little Italy?

Buonitalia in the Chelsea market. For organic staples, I just order online.

Not sure why Chelsea Markets is being discussed. Way too far. Even I know that. We've been to Chelsea Markets, love it, not walkable from where we will be.

Because someone asked a question that doesn't pertain to the specific topic. If it doesn't relate to you just ignore it. I will say however that you shouldn't constrain yourself to what's in walking distance. Nothing is that far away by subway, including Chelsea.

You are missing the point. Op is in town a limited amount of time will be busy with work and the child will be in a program. They are looking for convenience. They aren't moving here and have an unlimited amount of time to roam the city.

Thank you! I think I know them. I didn't know they have a website. Their products are good.
