This is a pre-war in Jackson Heights. There aren't a lot of photos, but the couple that are there look good. The description says "bring your contractor" so I'm assuming it needs a fair amount of work. That might explain why the price is lower than some other comparable units. Many one bedroom pre-wars in the good coops in Jackson Heights are going for around $450K, although the ones that are fetching the highest prices are generally closer to the trains. This one is only $350K.

That looks like a really nice place. I'm guessing it's the kitchen and bathroom that need work since they are omitted from the photos. It looks like a fancy building too.

^ That listing is to buy the business (which appears to be a deli), not the building. You'd be paying rent.

65K for a one bedroom apartment (HDFC) close to the NY Botanical Garden. That's a deal (but it was an even bigger deal 6 years ago if you look at the price history).
