Was just wondering as it's across the street from me. Used to be a Duane Reade. Was not able to find anything on the net. Hope it's not yet another bank! Thanks!

Good question. That whole corner there is looking a lot better now that they finished the new school. I'm very happy to see another Duane Reade close... The fewer the better!

My Block doesn't help. Doesn't list what the property will become. Thanks anyway! There's a high end apt. tower there now, and of course Whole Foods which I love! Just curious what's coming in that corner. Permits are posted but no workers there yet to ask! Permits just list owners and contracting companies.

It should at least tell you if it's residential or commercial.

If it's commercial, who knows what it could be, as the space has not been leased yet.
