Is anyone planning to do the tour or have visited the St. Patrick's Catacombs? I'm planning to go with my bf soon. I would love to know your experiences.

Best $20 I've ever spent in the city. Very informative and the views are spectacular both inside and outside. I've walked by Old St. Patrick's a number of times and never heard of the catacombs tour. I'll have to check it out on my next trip.

Did you end up going. I didnt make it to St Johns myself. Im diabetic and have sciatica and am afraid if I can ascend the stairs in the heat without fainting. I know really pansy of me. One of my favorite things to do throughout the City is to walk in and sit in the Churches cause they are so pretty. There is a website by a Catholic laymen who has made a point to visit all the Catholic Parishes in Manhattan and photograph them. I forgot what its called. Im a Lutheran/Episcoplian and my wife is Catholic so I love to explore the various sanctuaries in the City. And its free.
I found tickets on Timeout.com but I don't see them on the cathedral website. Where do you get tickets for this tour? I am interested.
