"Private Cars Increasingly Pointless" ....what a ridiculous statement to make. I have no plans to ever give up my car, and I'm certain that sentiment is shared by a majority of car owners in the city right now.
I can also see these scooters being the cause of countless traffic incidents. Not a fan of this idea at all.
