A doctor in the Bronx has been suspended pending an investigation by the hospital into his alleged white supremacist views, after an article published on Medium earlier this week claimed to prove the doctor's affiliation with several neo-Nazi websites, and suggested that he had argued for the forced deportation of people of color in order to create a white ethnostate.

Here is my take on all of this. I don't think people should be fired for what they say on Social Media, however, we live in a world where words hurt now regardless of what political paradigm one stands. A good example is Roseanne Barr for making a racial joke, and Disney's James Gunn who made pedo and sexist jokes which are troubling. This doctor works in healthcare, and in healthcare all lives matter. And having a someone with racial beliefs working on patients of other races and creeds is a huge liability risk, and thus the employer must dismiss the employee. What I find interesting is that the doctor is Jewish and he supports neo-Nazi and he supports Jared Taylor and Spencer Quinn. If anyone knows Jared Taylor, Jared Taylor, even though he does not hate black people, he wants to create an white ethnostate for protestants, Catholics, Greek orthodox, and yes for Jews and even white Muslims.
If he gets fired, it is his fault. I will also feel sorry for him. He is not getting fired from a job, but he is getting fired from a career. Getting fired from a job is very different getting fired from a career. People getting fired from a job over social media will end up getting jobs again, or even securing a career. But someone getting fired from a career over social media. Getting a job will be extremely difficult. A good example is the SJW LGBT guy who harassed Chic Fil A employee at they drive through, he went from making 200k to welfare and still has not found a job equal to his career since. If you have a dead end job, post what ever you like. If you have a career, keep things to yourself when your online. Alt-right, white racists, pro-blacks, SJWS, feminist spend hours using spokeo and other sites to identify people and get them fired, evicted, kicked out of college for what people have said online. Such groups I have mentioned are a grave threat to individuality, and a threat to the ideas of the open market. Even though doxing is legal and is embraced by the groups I have mentioned above. Doxing is morally wrong because you put the livelihood of people online in jeopardy, also an innocent person can also be harmed through such exposure like wrong address, or an employee with the same name and same physical features of the doxed, like that professor in Arkansas accused of attending Charlottesville rally.
Overall, I hope Monte makes the right choice in this. When it comes to health, every life matters.
