Developers are not wasting no time after Inwood rezoning they proposed to build 30 stories mixed use building 207th St & 9th Ave, right near the University Heights Bridge and the MTA 207th St train yard.

With Inwood rezoning on one side and Jerome Avenue rezoning on another, University Heights is probably going to turn around pretty quickly. MTA’s also been experimenting and has signalled it’s more open to figuring out a better fare structure for city residents on commuter rail and NYC DOT has commited to improving pedestrian and bike access for Harlem River bridges.

Application has yes to low income housing included.

Given the number of proposed units and application square footage these will probably be rentals.

Ping me when this happens. The Bronx needs some new high rises that aren't just NYCHA, Co-Op City, River Park Towers and Tracy Towers!

All are trash (aside from Co-Op City)

I don't recall seeing anything like over 13 stories new construction in the Bronx. The first one to hit 20 stories will make waves.
