Anybody have info on these? Its for drug addicts and drinkers who got nabbed and the court must send them to recovery houses.

Must be inexpensive. Government funded? Anybody have data on these?

It might not be Affordable Housing but it certainly sounds like affordable housing

Buddy of mine owns one. I'm not really well versed as we don't speak on it much, but I do recall him saying it's 40ish a week, or 260 a month, and would say how people never opt for the month rate, and end up paying more.

It's definitely some sort of rehab airbnb and the people involved are very helpful in keeping people clean as to remain compliant assuring they have a place to stay.
