In New York City, power is not just about corner offices or penthouse views overlooking the Hudson River. Money still talks, but it’s more important to show what you’re doing with your influence...

Funny, I don't see Harvey Weinstein on the list anymore, although it's the kind of list where he used to pop up. Actually, I think it's less of a power-list, and more of a buzz-list. I certainly find it improbable, even offensive, to see Monica Lewinsky on it.

You're welcome! I'm trying to create threads that aren't about housing, real estate, DeBlasio, race, or the MTA. And kudos to you for doing the same! And you too Cida. I don't always respond but I always read them. I liked the Kate Spade article you posted awhile ago. Thanks!

Why is Monica Lewinsky on it? What are her ties to New York?

Exactly. That's the mystery.

Thanks! Along those lines, did anyone see my flea markets thread? Too boring? I was also thinking of starting a photos thread like other cities have or is that "dangerous" given some of the tendencies of the male posters on this board...

Well everybody posts their expertise

If there's too many housing threads, then that means only the real estate cats are posting

So dont get mad!

If no music cats post about NYC music how will we know

If no cats that go to bars post about bars, how will we know where to drink

If no foodies post about restaurants, how will we know where to eat

Some of you need to log off and really think about why you come and post here.

Thank you Aeran for contributing

I gave Reps.

Post like POST AVE in Inwood

Carry on
