I would like to visit the Arverne Projects where I grew up. We left in 1965.

Is it safe to walk from the 67th Street Station to 56th Street and over to Beach Channel Drive and then walk around Arverne Housing Projects early in the morning?

And if so, is it safe also to walk through Edgemere where we also lived?

Dont be afraid to walk around where you grew up, I'll leave it at that.

Look at my profile pic, Arverne Houses right there.

I will be wearing a backpack. Do you feel that adds an element of danger?

Thanks
