Premier Collection in Parkchester (apartments, live, price)

Hey Everyone,

Has anyone actually visited or lived in one of the premier apartments at Parkchester? I looked at the pictures online and they looked nice. I know the difference in price between the regular apartment and the premier is about $400 ($915/$1300 for 1 bedroom). Is the premier apartment worth the added costs?

That might be some sort of new thing they have going on. I'm guessing the premier ones have probably been recently remodeled and are close to the subway. The floor plans on those apartments are pretty much the same with slight variations. They were all pretty much designed the same way.

I have a sis who lives there and I seriously considered moving there about a year ago. I was basically told that the ones closer to the subway charged more rent.
