There may be a pretty big smoke signal on the horizon, and it may be a big huge cloud of legal pot smoke! Not that we don't see hear and smell the funky stuff every day already just walking around people puffing the stuff, but if it gains legal traction in NYC it will definitely change this City in big ways.

How about from a retail, office and commercial real estate perspective? Will we be like Amsterdam? Where they gonna grow the stuff?

I will probably never smoke the stuff in NYC whether it is legal or illegal I can care less but hows about the shops and tourism and real estate and Money it can bring? Can you foresee any problems?

I do not use pot but I am a native to a little place named Denver, Colorado. With that said, how's all these bud products and services going to go down here in the City of New York?

With the U.S. history of Pilgrim and Puritan blue nosery, MJ will never be fully legalized.
If it IS legalized by some miracle, I will grow mine in my sunny window.

Greenwich Village will have various coffee shops with plants growing in them and plants outside at their cafe entranceway.

The City would probably have restrictions for pot cafes, like, the Upper West Side will not have cafes for pot. Midtown will be limited. Pot cafes would open mostly Downtown including near Wall Street but mostly all of Greenwich Village will be zoned for green.
