He has never been successful in business. All he did was pyss through most of the half billion he got illegally and tax free from his father. His acumen, if one can call it that, was tax evasion in collusion with his father..

Hillary had "movie stars, and other celebrities" AND THE MAJORITY OF THE ELECTORATE.

I love when the left wing mafia whines about American democracy.

The founding fathers were smart enough to not allow cesspools like NYC and LA/SF dictate to the country who will be president.

Think about this...there were a ton of Trump supporters in both CA and NY states that stayed home because they knew their vote wouldn't count...but had they come out Trump would have destroyed Killary in the total vote. Trump also did not campaign in those states.

You lost. We won. Get a grip.

The founding fathers were smart enough to WRITE and BLATHER about Democracy while setting up an autocratic system that would insure that they and the patricians that follow them would keep control of the government.

San Francisco and Los Angeles were not part of the US yet and NYC was the first capital. The founding fathers may not have set up an electoral college with two Dakota's, a Wyoming and Idaho with fewer people then the Bronx and Brooklyn. The founding fathers were smart but they were not prophets.

Just get used to losing elections even though you have the majority vote. An extra 10 million voters in LA and NY won't garner you one additional electoral vote. Now, the left wing mafia is always thinking ahead, so their ploy is to now have caravans of illegals inundate red states to eventually flip them. It just may work, but Trump is the only man that can stop it (for now).

Eventually the map will be blue and the USA will be closer to a 3rd world country than a world power. China and Russia love the "browning" of America. That should tell ya something, libs.

Even back then there were population disparities. NH, VT, and Maine were a thing. There were elections in the 19th century after the Civil War when the racist pro-slave Democrats won the popular vote too, but thankfully the Republicans won the electoral college. In those elections, the Democrats used thugs to suppress black & white voter Republican turnouts in the South: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Shirts_(United_States)
Repubs just don't campaign in heavily populated CA, IL, and NY since they are a lock for the Ds, and most Rs in those states are not motivated to vote, so the popular vote usually favors the Democrats due to campaign strategy.

You realize the Democratic party of the 1800s is the Republican party today right?

The US Civic Rights era along with several controversial court rulings and electoral picks causes 'Dixieland' and midwest Democrats to flee for the Republican party.

That has nothing to do with anything I wrote and doesn't invalidate my argument about the electoral college.
As a side note, it is also not as simple as you think it is when it comes to 'flipping'. A lot of the old guard never flipped, like Byrd, who was a D senator until 2010.. also an ex-grand wizard of the KKK. A lot of the flipping had to do with party policies and not the people. A modern example from the 2010s would be the Democrats becoming a pro-immigration and pro-free trade party. Its not like the majority of the people switched, they just adopted different positions. And this happened very recently, I still remember during the Bush years when the Democrats were union protectionist like Trump... its very odd.

Nothing is ever simple.

Yes indeed, all the Southern racists flocked to the Republican Party in the 1960's and remain there today or died and went to Hell.. I am surprised they kept the elephant as their signature instead of a simple white sheet and burning cross.
