I feel like I've done Queens Brooklyn Manhattan forever, those are the 3 boroughs I'm in the most, when I was younger, that was the order, but now its Queens Manhattan Brooklyn.
That someone who also won in Iowa should be as careful as the one who won in Harlem.

What's so deadly about Harlem ?

Typical CD NYC thread. Instead of people being happy a NYC resident won, folks have to invoke NYC stereotypes for neighborhoods they deem as bad. The person in Iowa has to worry just as much. Envy causes people to behave badly everywhere. Only takes one insane person and that risk might be just as bad in Iowa as for a Harlem resident. More aimed at others not you

The money will only amplify whatever lifestyle they were living unless they invest very wisely in themselves. That said, I would invest a lot in pesonal development so that my attitudes and behaviors switch to how wealthy folks think and act.

I would get a nice apartment or condo in Manhattan probably near The Dakota or the West Village. I would also purchase a large parcel of raw land somewhere upstate or in New England, Colorado, or Texas.
