Sad that people have to stoop down to such levels just to get by.
Years ago we would refer to that as " Penny Larceny ".
I hope job opportunities come to New York one day.

The bandit guy looks like the type of person that is a career criminal that has done bigger work, but is now down and out. He sorta looks like an opiate user that is sick and not thinking clearly, but he knew to wear gloves didn't he...

Just because there are a lot of jobs does not mean it is easy getting hired. It's always been hard getting jobs. I've heard that in todays job world, people with felony convictions are having a harder time than usual.
