Hello, the judge will not sign off on my subpoena. I presented a case and stated emphatically that I knew what documentation was out there. I said that the case would be over once the subpoena was signed off on.

I know the judges in NYC are thought of as corrupt and they haven't gotten a raise in a long time because of that perception.

Its been more than a month and nothing has been signed. Can I submit a subpoena by myself? I filed as a pro se.
