I'm in the neighborhood. Seems like there are huge pile ups in traffic near the inspection station. Woodside.

Any one knows what the hell is going on? Cars could not move in this area for 3 days .

I believe a new law is being enforced by the city that no longer gives impunity to the UPS driver who double parks.
A ticket will be issued and guess who's going to end up paying for it? Yup. The driver.
I have seen in my travels UPS trucks gathering in Malls, Parks, Shopping areas as base point to iron out workday
schedule with fellow employees etc... Just an observation but I'm sure I'm not far off the mark.
