Proliferation of vagrancy in Forest Hills area

I saw someone along Queens Blvd. just sitting on the sidewalk while taking a walk recently. The guy looked like he might be homeless. When I returned later the same day he was gone.

In another part of Queens...

Saw these 4 young ladies asking for money. 10 pm on a Saturday night, in front of a Supermarket. These same ladies were lurking around QCM as well.

although they looked warm and well kept, could not help to notice they looked like tarot card readers aka gypsies.

There are a group of homeless underneath the LIE overpass on Eliot Ave and Queens Blvd in Rego Park. Theyre there panhandling passing drivers.

Have seen make shift shelters on the Belt Parkway and LIE.........................
