I will never forget. It was raining. I was soaked. I chased the bus for many stops.
I made eye contact with his rear view mirror. I would just come to the stop as he was pulling away.
It was a deliberate act. He finally was jammed up in traffic. I raced ahead to the next stop.
Fortunately someone signaled to get off. I got on and paid my fare. I looked him straight in the eye
and told him. Just remember pal, Karma is a Mutha F*****. What goes around, come around.
I took a seat. Other people on the bust told me they tried to get the bus drivers' attention as they saw
what was happening but he ignored them. Today it will be different. With the advent of phones, I will be
more than happy to record the events and send them over to the complaint review board. I will also send
a copy of a doctors receipt as to the duress created and will promptly see his Arse written up. The guy in this
video was probably in the right but blew it instantly the moment he caused damage and instead of being a victim
is now a felon.
Yeah, one driver like this makes you forget all the ones who think a person is worth a second on a schedule no one keeps to anyway and lets you on. There are more of them than the bad guys. My story was taking the Q28 and on Fridays and Saturdays for no reason that I know of they wouldn't stop at my stop. One bus after another would breeze right by me. There was no point chasing them as there was also no point to their not stopping to let anyone on. I've had 8-10 buses go by at that stop on some days until I've missed my appointment or had to hike over to the railroad and pay big time. As for complaining, I was at the stop, I had my phone, I had all the info off the bus stop sign, and while I waited for the next bus and the next and the next, I put in one complaint after another with the time, date, bus stop info, route info, etc., etc. I got a lame e-mail saying absolutely nothing. When the MTA doesn't care, it's no joke, they just DON'T CARE.

If I had a few more screws loose, I could easily be the guy in that story because it is that infuriating.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please remember that assaulting a NYC MTA employee is grounds for up to seven years in prison... thank you for riding with the MTA!"
