hey guys, could not find this in the QA or booklet..was wondering if others had experienced this situation..
Am in the 130% qualifications, was working from Jan-APril of 2018, resigned...then resumed fulltime work from october onward to present..was luckily picked for an interview, but at the moment, am not having 6 consecutive paystubs YET....will they disqualify me simply for not having 6 paystubs ready? and, also, what happened to my income? will they now need to project based on my current jobs income or current+ the prior job, also - will I be disqualify now because i will not have a "full" year's worth of employment/income..so aka, I will not be actually filing 75-100k in taxes/income? eventhough my current job fits in 75-100k eligiblity? all inputs are welcomed and appreciated. thankyou!
They usually take the highest of reported salary, pay stubs, and any other calculations that they do. Your eligibility should be based on your current job's salary, annualized. But since you don't have six paystubs they may want some other form of verification, e.g., employer letter.
Keep in mind that if you dropped a band or more they may scrutinize you for evidence that you didn't voluntarily reduce your income to gain eligibility. But if you're still in the same band it shouldn't be an issue.

Go on the interview and see! Best of luck. Please report back.
