I watched just the first video clip. Yeah I am not trained in law enforcement but the officer should have unloaded a round or two just to scare them off. Interesting to see this mini uprising take place, the poor versus authority. I wonder what led up to this incident...

Here's the hanging question - Why didn't the police arrest the men for attacking an officer? That should have been obvious in the video. Why the slip?

Surely there must have been some sort of altercation that occurred before the video recording started.

I’ll bet dollars to donuts that the beginning of this video looked real bad for these skells, that’s why it wasn’t shown. That’s the drill in these days of fake news.

Well 3 of the men are facing criminal charges now (according to NBC news).

Apparently, they thought they were only guilty of sleeping on the subway platform (which started the whole confrontation).
They were not aware of the subsequent video that showed them trying to attack the officer. Two of the men charged are now held in custody.
