If you don’t make the income cut off then why apply? There are people who you potentially kicked off the list who do.

The original lottery was with range from 47 to 75, not 86 to 140. Have no clue why offer from 86now! I’ll send with my income and wait for Reply. It should be lower bracket from advertising and I’ll be fine with it!

Garry, if they do offer you an apartment, stay away from any one that directly overlooks 14th Street near Ave. A. I feel really sorry for the folks who live there. The construction noises and dust are driving them crazy, and it starts early in the morning and goes until about 10 at night, with bright lights illuminating the work area.

You don't need to avoid all 14th St. addresses, though. Some buildings are set back into the complex. Good luck!
