It looks like the victim had the gun taken from him, they scuffles for the gun, there was already some blood on the floor, then mr grey jacket shot at victim, when the victim got up to go after the gunman.
Why is there not more videos of this incident? Everyone has a android phone with youtube.
Do you know that MS 13 is an AMERICAN gang that originated in LA. Its when kids who had lived in the USA were deported back to Central America is when this spread in that region.
Plus El Chapo can describe many mile length tunnels that he has that go under the Mexico/USA walls.
I knew about MS-13 by watching too much Gangland, ep 2 First season (2007). MS-13 is actually the product of deportations from the US by US authorities, they actually helped create an international network from the West Coast-US to Central America to the East Coast-US.
"The Los Angeles Times contends that deportation policies have contributed to the size and influence of the gang both in the United States and in Central America.[40] There was no significant gang activity in El Salvador until after MS-13 gangsters were deported there from Los Angeles"

The guy who filmed the video gave his name to the press and it was published in the Daily News. Was that a wise move since the video is what probably made for a quick arrest? Should the guy be concerned that MS-13 knows who he is? I think you would have to think twice about releasing a video and especially your name to the press.

It might have started in the US but it is disingenous to call it an American gang when the overwhelming majority of its members are Salvadoran and Honduran nationals. The ones in the US are almost all immigrants (usually illegal) from Central America and sometimes Mexico.

I agree. I would just give the video under a fake name.

It's not the deportation that caused it, it's the gang culture that groomed them while they were here - which would have been exported back anyways

Scroll down, you see another video or maybe it's the same video (I can't see the one originally posted). Those poor passengers on the 7 train. The train's not moving and everyone on it are stuck witnesses whether they want to be one or not.
More people with legal guns just means more people to steal them from. Crime is high in many red state cities. Red states also supply many guns to NYC's criminals. Every illegal gun was legal at some point.
Just over the border is Canada with tighter gun laws. Is Toronto more dangerous than Detroit. Definitely not!
You would be singing a different tune if it were you being shot at on that subway platform.
