Has anyone received any letter or email for an interview? I just checked the housing connect site and my log number is 509, do I actually have a chance??? I have been applying for these ow income housing lists for 6 years now and have only gotten one interview which I got denied because I made $100 over the maximum income limit. I had just gotten a raise from my job the previous month. I was disappointed so I don't want to get my hopes up for anything else until I have actually signed a lease and received keys. I just hate the waiting process. I am ready to just leave NYC getting a place here is nearly impossible unless you're making close to 6 figures.

I went on an interview on May 2nd and gave in extra documents on May 14th. I have a disability preference but my log number is in the 2000’s. Has anyone else went on an interview for this development? The interviewer said it may take 5-7 weeks, for the process and to hear back from them. If anyone is waiting for this development, it would be great to hear feedback regarding the timeline of your credit check or your documents being sent to hpd.

I'm in the last leg of this race. Unsure if I'll take it since I'm in the process for 33 Bond st. Did either of you finish the process yet?

I just received an email to view the "My apt". Have you heard back yet? I interviewed 5/2 and HPD kept requesting documents, I was denied once, and now approved for the Longfellow building.

I think they're referring to the Certificate of Occupancy? Nobody can move in until that's in place.
