I worked on Sutphin Blvd and 109th, way back when, (1990) for a short time. very residential, but to me, not nice at all. only went to the supermarket at lunchtime, never walked around, office, car and back, thats it.
there was nothing to do at lunch, luckily we had a lounge.

Well to be fair, everything was not nice in the 1990s. Even Williamsburg.
North of hillside ave is where most Asians are (which is jamaica hills, jamaica estates or barirwood, but since prices have been going up, many are starting to move to the south of hillside ave.

Thats Southside Jamaica, not Jamaica proper. Yeah there's not much to do around there.
