For airports, I've been fine with the shuttle buses, which are not only cheaper, but you don't have to wonder about getting ripped off.
I continue to wonder why anyone would want to use Uber, considering their dismal record of perpetual brushes with the law. They try to rip off their customers, and they try to rip off their drivers, and they've gotten into more legal trouble than any other company I can think of. I think they've been banned in London.
