Did you know that there used to be a "Regents' Prayer" that was created for children to recite in school - until it was struck down by the Supreme Court in 1962?!
Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers, and our country.
I could have loved to pray that prayer during my public school days. I get that current interpretation of the Constitution prohibits such at the hands of government, but there is nothing preventing students from banding together to state the prayer themselves.
Today’s Supreme Court would make the prayer mandatory.
Okay why not put your money where your mouth is and do this district by district. I am sure you could go door to door and even have the support of your local elected council members.

I'm not sure that it's reasonable to require students to bless their teachers. Nor do students - or you - need to band together. Anyone can pray however he or she likes, on their own time.

Students who feel the need to band together can do what they like. Students don't need permission to pray in school either. Its one thing to argue against separation of church and state, but that only applies to state action, not action taken by students, even if in a public place.
