Nah, drug dealers are entrepreneurs with sales skills. You ever buy weed or anything from a street dealer? They are slick sales people they just do not realize their own potential that well. If street dealers got their acts together they could sell houses, cars and big boats and make bigger money.

I think if ICE conducts a wave of these "raids" they will target areas with less illegals. NYC is too huge of an illegal problem to tackle. Too big to take head on? It could be more effective if it was in Texas towns, Florida towns, or smaller places.
