THEY ARE THERE, the film notices look at the bike racks on front of the Harlem theater school. it is a movie.
another thing is, if you look at the rendering, there is no way they could fit that structure there, the lot is not deep enough.

I was looking at the depth. No way it could fit that way.
Thank god. The neighborhood does not need such buildings. I wonder what will end up there.

Those are some srsly tall buildings for that area. It is mostly 3-7 story residential buildings around those parts. I hope they adapt okay.

Excellent, but what is the income max to qualify for "affordable housing?" I'm sure an income of 140K/year is over the limit.

If you make 140k a year
don't think you need to look for "affordable"
you can afford a market rent apartment fine
