My cousin owns an apartment building in Queens. The roof is always locked because there is no reason for the tenants to go up there for recreational reasons.

Maybe...I’m on my phone so I can’t see the whole thread easily. But more than likely you’re the one confused, talking about a completely different story and not the one most of this thread is about. This is the NYC forum, not Mexico and not current events. If you want to talk about someone falling off a balcony in Mexico while doing yoga , I’m sure there’s a different thread discussing that, just not here.
