So how would you deal with an update? Reprint the brochure each time a new restaurant joins RW or revises their days? How do you search a brochure with hundreds of entities? How do you find out what the wine list or non RW options are from the brochure? How do you make a reservation through opentable through the brochure. Let me guess, you call to make a reservation.

I'm not old and I call to make a reservation too, that's pretty normal still

I've been to several vacations domestic and international where I just need to ensure i have internet access to Google map, TripAdvisor, etc and I'm set.
Sorry, but I totally disagree. Most people don't '"know" where they want to go with restaurants. And for another thing, I can't imagine I'm the only one who wants to check the menu before deciding. Have you ever looked at how cumbersome the RW website is?

Most restaurants have their menu on their website unless it's a little hole in the wall (in which case the menu may or may not be on Yelp)

Having visited NYC exactly once, I find it, in simple terms, a bit overwhelming to condense into easy information. There’s just too much of everything, and I was not exactly born and raised in a little hamlet.

So then do not turn on GPS, and use it like a regular map
