Is northeast bedstuy area or Herbert Von King Park safe? (Throop: 2014, apartments)

Hi everyone! I’m kind of in the same boat as all the other people asking about bedstuy... so I apologize for that but I have a specific area. I’m looking to move to Brooklyn and saw few nice apartments in bedstuy. These are located in what I guess is the Northeast part of bedstuy is this area safe? The apartments are a just one or two blocks above Herbert Von King Park. 368 Throop ave to be exact and a few others on Throop/ Dekalb and Throop/ Lafayette.
Can y’all share some insight on this area?!? Is it safe or is it better to stay within the western area?
I used to live in east Harlem 125th an lex in 2014, how would y’all say these two compare in safety?
There is also an apartment I’m interested on 103 and park in Harlem, would this be better that any in the bedstuy area?
