I agree along with what you say for different reasons. The places you have mentioned are swarming with
many people of higher education and assimilation into the American way of Life. I have visited them and never once
have I ever considered looking over my shoulder in the moon lit hours whether coming home from work, walking down a
dimly lit street or stumbling out of a bar three sheets to the wind. Try that in New York's most crime ridden neighborhood
streaming with low IQ's and no concern for people ,ideas,culture or society on the whole.

Again I quote:

No one flashing gang signs,colors or poor command of the English Language is going to fair well anywhere.
Brushing up on your vocabulary,dress code, etiquette and encompassing an above average IQ is one recipe
