Didn’t the singer from U2 almost get killed by a bike in Central Park a couple years ago? Forget world hunger, he should have a benefit concert for victims of bicyclists in NYC.
If you look at any immigrant or foreigner they look or yield to any car or bike before they cross. Because in places like Shanghai you see bikes everywhere and they fly past right pass you. But they have traffic police everywhere that direct cars and bikes on the road. It is pretty amazing to see so many cars and bikes being directed in harmony mostly.
In NYC, traffic is pretty chaotic at times because you have construction that never end. People that walk on the street and those that feel "entitled" to cross and cars and bikes my yield to them. That's when you have collisions.

LOL are you new to the internet? Literally 99% of the"road fail" vids on youtube/liveleak etc are from China. It's crazy chaotic there.

Bono crashed his own bike. I wonder if there was more to the story as no pictures of the scene were ever published. Even if people didn't know at the time it was Bono, everyone takes pictures and video when something happens. If they knew it was Bono that would make it even stranger.
