They were open for a long time. Morton Williams is also by Jerome Ave and Kingsbridge Road and it is thriving. I've since heard that they received a health violation and that lead to them shutting down but I think it could be rent as well.

It was there for a long time. The immediate area likes to go to C Town and their local markets to shop. The prices on fruit and produce be dirt cheap
