1424 Hancock (apartments, building, what does)

I recently went on an interview for this apartment building, prior to this interview a couple months earlier I received an email claiming that I was ineligible for this building then received an email(three months later) for an interview. What does that mean? What’s the next steps in the process of the building only has two available apartments. Does it really take that long — my log number is 1xxx.


I’m very new to all of this and wondering my chances.
