For years I went to East Village Cheese, famous for discounted cheeses and such, though it careened downhill after the owner sold it to the immigrant employees. Then for a long time Jack's often had bargains, especially on brie. But now that's gone.

Any places you go to?
According to dumpster divers outside any supermarket or shop when they clear shelves of "expired" products, and or things that just didn't move.
Have seen people going through those trash bags pulling out everything from Cracker Barrel, to TOL brie.
Opinion:
I have often searched for good prices on a variety of
cheeses in New York but always come up empty handed.
I literally have to shop out of state to get a bargain.
