Opinion:
One pushed the guy causing a broken femur ,the other pummeled the guy until he broke his ribs.
The 15 year old first time offender might get some slack but he and the 18 year old are in a heap of trouble...................
We need to really have an IQ and EQ test before a person decides to have a kid.
When they find these kids, the parents should also suffer criminal charges if they are under 18. This would make people think twice before having kids or put them in line.

Isn’t the prison overcrowded already so they have to let convicted felons go free? What’s the point of convicting more if no where to hold them?
A better way would be for the us to buy a land like green land for send criminals and pro- criminal civilians and let them take care of each other...
